Currently we are seeking support for our first project – Elsie L! Donations will help to cover the financial cost of her purchase, transportation, shelter, and refurbishment.
There are two ways you can donate.
- If you want a tax receipt for your donation you must donate to the society through the Municipality of Chester with either a physical cheque or an eTransfer following the instructions below. The minimum donation amount is $25.00:
- Physical cheque: Mail a cheque for your donation made payable to the “Municipality of Chester“. Mail the cheque to: Municipality of Chester, 151 King Street, PO Box 369, Chester, NS, B0J 1J0 . Important! On the cheque memo, add a note: Donation for NS Heritage Schooner Rescue Society
- Etransfers: Send your donation to payments@chester.ca. It is important that you include a note with your eTransfer stating that the donation is for the NS Heritage Schooner Rescue Society and including the address where you want your receipt to be mailed.
- Etransfer with no tax receipt: Send your donation to treasurer@schoonerrescue.org
Please include a note saying DONATION. If you wish, please also include your name and email address.
